Water hoses
General-purpose rubber water hoses for industrial supply, irrigation and washdown duty.
Kauczer industrial water hoses move clean and process water reliably at up to 10 bar. A textile-braided rubber wall keeps the bore flexible yet pressure-stable, while an abrasion-resistant SBR/EPDM cover withstands daily dragging across concrete, gravel and steel. Bores from 13 to 50 mm cover most supply, irrigation and washdown lines.
How to choose a water hose
Match the bore to the flow you need, then confirm the pressure rating and temperature range for the duty.
- Inner diameter — 13 mm for hand lines, 25–50 mm for transfer and washdown.
- Working pressure — 10 bar covers mains-fed supply; check pump head for boosted lines.
- Temperature — standard service runs -20 to +80 C; ask for hot-water grades above that.
- Cover — abrasion-resistant SBR/EPDM for dragging and outdoor exposure.
Applications
- Industrial and process water supply
- Irrigation and garden lines
- Equipment and floor washdown
- Construction site water transfer
Why Kauczer
We extrude, braid and vulcanise in-house, so each length is pressure-tested and traceable. Custom bores, lengths and fitted couplings ship from our own line.
Frequently asked questions
Standard industrial water hoses are rated for 10 bar working pressure with a safety margin to burst. For boosted or pump-fed lines tell us the head and we will confirm the right reinforcement.
The standard compound runs from -20 to +80 C, which covers warm washdown. For continuous hot water or steam ask about our EPDM hot-water or steam grades.
Yes. We deliver ready assemblies with crimped or clamped couplings to your thread and length, pressure-tested before dispatch.
