Air hoses
Compressed-air hoses for workshops, pneumatic tools and plant air at 16–20 bar.
Kauczer compressed-air hoses deliver clean plant air to tools and machines at working pressures of 16 to 20 bar. A high-tenacity textile braid holds pressure without ballooning, and a tough, oil-mist-resistant SBR/NBR cover survives workshop floors and abrasion. Smooth bores from 6 to 25 mm keep airflow steady to nail guns, impact wrenches and air lines.
How to choose an air hose
Size the bore to the tool air demand, then confirm the pressure rating and the cover compound.
- Inner diameter — 6–10 mm for hand tools, 13–25 mm for shop drops and high-flow tools.
- Working pressure — 16–20 bar covers most compressor and ring-main systems.
- Cover — oil-mist-resistant SBR/NBR resists lubricated air and abrasion.
- Temperature — standard service -20 to +70 C.
Applications
- Workshop and garage air lines
- Pneumatic tools and impact wrenches
- Plant and ring-main air distribution
- Spray and blow-off stations
Why Kauczer
Our braided air hoses are pressure-tested by batch and available with safety-clamped or crimped couplings in custom lengths from our own production.
Frequently asked questions
Standard compressed-air hoses are rated 16 to 20 bar working pressure with a burst safety factor. Tell us the tool and compressor and we will confirm bore and class.
Yes. The SBR/NBR cover and liner tolerate the lubricated air typical of compressor systems, keeping the hose flexible over long service.
Yes. We supply assemblies with crimped or safety-clamped couplings and whip-check retention where required, tested before dispatch.
