Diesel & Oil Hoses
Diesel, mazut and oil hoses with oil-resistant tube and cover.
Kauczer diesel and oil hoses use NBR/nitrile liners for strong resistance to diesel, mineral oils and lubricants. Built to stay flexible and leak-free under daily transfer duty, they suit machinery, generators, tankers and workshop oil lines with a durable, oil-resistant cover.
How to choose a diesel and oil hose
Select around the fluid, the flow and whether the line sees suction.
- Liner compound — NBR/nitrile resists diesel, mineral oil and many lubricants; confirm the exact fluid.
- Inner diameter — sized to flow; transfer bores commonly run 13–50 mm.
- Pressure — verify working and burst pressure; reinforced types handle pump pressure.
- Suction — choose a helix-reinforced wall for suction lines to prevent collapse.
- Temperature — typical range -30 to +80 C.
Applications
- Diesel transfer and refuelling
- Hydraulic and lubricating oil lines
- Generators, machinery and agricultural equipment
- Tanker and bulk handling
Why Kauczer
Our nitrile liners hold up to oil swell and keep bore integrity over long runs. We supply cut lengths and tested assemblies with crimped couplings.
Frequently asked questions
Nitrile rubber has excellent resistance to diesel, mineral oils and lubricants, so the liner does not swell, soften or contaminate the fluid. This keeps the bore stable and the hose leak-free over a long service life.
Yes, with a helix-reinforced construction that resists collapse under vacuum. Tell us the pump capacity and suction lift and we will specify the right wall.
We offer compounds rated for biodiesel blends. Because high FAME content can be aggressive to some rubbers, state the blend (for example B7 or B100) so we supply the correct liner.
Yes. As the manufacturer we tool custom bores, wall thicknesses and lengths, and can deliver finished assemblies with the couplings your equipment needs.
