Gas Hoses
Hoses for natural gas, propane and butane appliances and industrial gas lines.
Kauczer gas hoses serve natural gas, propane and butane systems across appliances and industry. Built with gas-tight liners and reinforcement that holds working pressure, they connect cookers, heaters, burners and gas lines safely, with clear markings and consistent bore for steady flow.
How to choose a gas hose
Define the gas type, the connection size and the operating temperature, then confirm the standard.
- Gas type — natural gas, propane or butane; the liner compound is selected for the fuel.
- Inner diameter — match the appliance inlet; appliance hoses commonly use 6.3–13 mm bores.
- Pressure — low-pressure appliance hoses differ from industrial lines; confirm the working pressure rating.
- Standard — check the relevant gas-hose standard marking and date code.
- Temperature — typical range -30 to +70 C.
Applications
- Cookers, ovens and catering appliances
- Space heaters and patio heaters
- Industrial burners and torches
- Gas distribution and workshop lines
Why Kauczer
We control compounding and reinforcement to keep hoses gas-tight and flexible over their full life. Custom bores, colours and printed marking are produced on our own lines.
Frequently asked questions
Many of our compounds are rated for natural gas, propane and butane, but operating pressures differ. Confirm the appliance pressure and we will supply a hose certified for that gas and pressure range.
Use the printed date code as a guide and follow local regulations; appliance hoses are commonly replaced within 5 years, or immediately if cracks, hardening or damage appear.
Yes. Alongside appliance grades we make reinforced industrial gas hoses for burners and torches with higher pressure ratings and heat-resistant covers. Share the line pressure and we will specify the build.
Yes. As the manufacturer we offer custom bores, wall thicknesses, lengths, cover colours and printed branding for OEM and distributor programmes.
