How we build and test every hose before it ships.
In short
Every batch is tested for working and burst pressure and checked for leaks before shipment. Hoses are produced to EN 1762, ECE R67, EN 1360, EN 12115 and under an ISO 9001 quality system.

01 Compound mixing and quality check of raw rubber
02 Extrusion and reinforcement to the required type
