LPG Hoses
Certified LPG hoses to EN 1762 for cylinders, autogas and propane-butane systems.
Kauczer manufactures LPG hoses certified to EN 1762 for cylinders, autogas conversions and propane-butane systems. Each hose is built for liquefied petroleum gas service, resists ageing and oil migration, and carries clear class and pressure markings for safe installation.
How to choose an LPG hose
Match four parameters to your application before ordering: inner diameter, working pressure class, the EN 1762 marking and the temperature range.
- Inner diameter — sized to the regulator and fitting; common bores run from 6 mm to 25 mm.
- Pressure class — EN 1762 defines class 1, 2 and 3 (working pressures up to 25 bar); cylinder service usually needs class 1–2, autogas higher.
- Standard — confirm the EN 1762 mark and date code are printed on the cover.
- Temperature — standard compounds operate from -30 to +70 C; ask for cold-flex grades for outdoor winter use.
Applications
- Gas cylinder and bottle connections
- Autogas vehicle conversions and refuelling
- Propane-butane heating and catering equipment
- Distribution and bottling lines

Frequently asked questions
Domestic and catering cylinder connections normally use EN 1762 class 1 or 2. Autogas refuelling and high-pressure lines require class 3. Tell us the regulator outlet pressure and we will recommend the correct class.
Yes. All LPG hoses are produced and tested to EN 1762, with the standard reference and production date printed on the cover for traceability.
Yes. As the manufacturer we tool custom bores, wall thicknesses and cut lengths, and can pre-fit couplings on request for OEM and distributor orders.
A printed date code lets you track service age. We recommend inspection per local regulations and replacement typically within 5 years of installation, or sooner if cracking or hardening appears.
