Fuel Dispenser Hoses

Petrol-station dispenser and refuelling hoses with antistatic construction.

In short

Kauczer dispenser hoses are made for fuel station pumps to EN 1360, with antistatic construction and a smooth, kink-resistant cover. Engineered for repeated nozzle handling and continuous gasoline or diesel dispensing, they deliver low permeation and safe static dissipation at the forecourt.

How to choose a dispenser hose

Specify around the pump bore, the standard and the antistatic requirement of the forecourt.

  • Inner diameter — match the pump and nozzle; dispenser bores are commonly 16, 19 or 21 mm.
  • Standard — confirm the EN 1360 mark for fuel dispensing service.
  • Antistatic — conductive or anti-static build is mandatory to drain static safely.
  • Pressure and flex — verify the working pressure and choose a flexible, kink-resistant cover for daily nozzle use.
  • Temperature — typical range -30 to +55 C.

Applications

  • Petrol and diesel dispenser pumps
  • Retail forecourts and fleet fuelling
  • Self-service and attended stations
  • Replacement hoses for existing pumps

Why Kauczer

We build EN 1360 dispenser hoses with verified electrical continuity and a low-permeation liner. Assemblies arrive fitted with the couplings and swivels your pumps require.

Frequently asked questions

Fuel dispensing hoses for forecourt pumps are produced to EN 1360. The standard reference and date code are printed on the cover so you can verify compliance and service age.

Yes. Every dispenser assembly is checked for continuity between the couplings to ensure static charge drains safely to earth during fuelling.

Standard dispenser bores are 16, 19 and 21 mm. We can also produce custom diameters and lengths, with the couplings and swivels matched to your pump model.

Yes. We deliver ready-to-fit dispenser assemblies with crimped couplings and swivels, pressure and continuity tested, in the lengths your station needs.
