Suction & delivery hoses

Steel-helix reinforced suction and delivery hoses that resist vacuum collapse on pumps and tankers.

In short

Kauczer suction and delivery hoses combine an embedded steel helix with a flexible rubber wall to move water, slurry and granular media under both vacuum and pressure. The helix resists collapse under full suction, while a tough abrasion-resistant cover handles dragging and outdoor service. Large bores from 25 to 102 mm suit pump intakes, tanker discharge and site dewatering.

How to choose a suction hose

For suction duty the key is collapse resistance, so confirm the vacuum rating alongside bore and media.

  • Reinforcement — embedded steel helix prevents the bore collapsing under vacuum.
  • Inner diameter — 25–102 mm to match the pump intake and flow.
  • Vacuum and pressure — rated for full suction and moderate delivery pressure.
  • Media — water, slurry, sand and abrasive solids with an abrasion-resistant tube.

Applications

  • Pump intake and priming lines
  • Tanker suction and discharge
  • Site dewatering and drainage
  • Slurry and aggregate handling

Why Kauczer

We build suction-and-delivery hoses with smooth or corrugated covers and supply them cuffed and coupled for vacuum-tight connections.

Frequently asked questions

No. An embedded steel helix keeps the bore round under full vacuum, so the hose stays open while the pump primes and draws.

Yes. We offer an abrasion-resistant tube compound for slurry, sand and aggregate; tell us the media and particle size for the right grade.

Yes. We finish suction hoses with built-in cuffs and fit vacuum-tight couplings to your length and thread for ready connection.
