Fuel & Petrol Hoses

Petrol and fuel transfer hoses resistant to hydrocarbons, for filling and dispensing.

In short

Kauczer petrol and fuel transfer hoses are engineered for hydrocarbon resistance and reliable static dissipation. Designed for refuelling, decanting and dispensing of gasoline and diesel, they keep a low permeation rate and a tough abrasion-resistant cover for daily forecourt and workshop use.

How to choose a fuel hose

Specify the hose around the fuel type, flow rate and whether antistatic protection is required.

  • Inner diameter — select to the desired flow; transfer lines typically use 19–50 mm bores.
  • Pressure — confirm working and burst pressure for suction or delivery duty.
  • Fuel compatibility — NBR/nitrile liners suit gasoline, diesel and biofuel blends; ask about E10/E85 ethanol content.
  • Antistatic — choose conductive or anti-static construction to drain charge and prevent sparks.
  • Temperature — standard range -30 to +80 C.

Applications

  • Fuel transfer and decanting between tanks
  • Tanker loading and unloading
  • Workshop and generator refuelling
  • Forecourt and mobile dispensing

Why Kauczer

Our nitrile compounds are formulated for low permeation and long flex life. We supply assemblies with crimped couplings, continuity tested, in custom lengths.

Frequently asked questions

For petrol and high-flow transfer, yes. Flowing fuel generates static, so an antistatic or conductive hose with continuity to earth is required to prevent sparking. We mark conductive grades and verify continuity on every assembly.

Yes. Our nitrile liners are formulated for modern gasoline including ethanol blends. For high-ethanol fuels (E85) we offer a specific compound — state the fuel grade when ordering.

We build dedicated delivery hoses and reinforced suction-and-delivery hoses with an embedded helix that resists collapse under vacuum. Tell us the duty and pump capacity for the right construction.

Yes. We deliver ready-to-use assemblies with crimped or banded couplings to your thread and length specification, pressure and continuity tested before dispatch.
